I have been involved in the legal industry for over 20 years.  I first started in the legal arena as a legal typist and enjoyed the legal environment so much I have dedicated my working life to the law.  I have worked as a legal secretary, then registered legal executive and since 2013 as a solicitor.

Prior to my admission as a solicitor,  I worked as a Trustee  for four years where I discovered my skill working with families, assisting in estates, elder law, trusts and asset & estate planning.  I particularly enjoy assisting to make challenging times in life easier for my clients and their families.  That is why I have decided to open my own law firm MAC Legal Limited where I can specialise in these areas of law.

I am also available as a property manager for those who are unable to manage their own affairs .  I go above and beyond for my clients, not only do I attend to their personal finances, I have also been known to take my clients shopping, to appointments and will visit on request.  I pride myself on being no ordinary lawyer!

I believe I am approachable, trustworthy and dependable.  I am mobile so I can travel to my clients which ensures I have limited overheads and I am competitively priced.  I do not have permanent staff, and have a network of similarly minded professionals to support me on a contract basis when I require assistance.    

Personally, I am married to Greg and we live in the beautiful Bay of Plenty.  We have a lifestyle block surrounded by animals, birds and native bush.
